Review by hotel critic
Upon returning home, I discovered I had left my favorite piece of jewelry behind, and to my delight, the hotel promptly contacted me to arrange its safe return-a truly exceptional display of customer service. the attention to detail in providing free toiletries and an electric kettle for my comfort truly set Richmond INN apart from other accommodations. the serene garden furniture outside my room provided a peaceful spot to unwind after a day of exploring, creating a sense of tranquility that I greatly appreciated. In conclusion, Richmond INN's dedication to exceeding guest expectations through impeccable service and thoughtful amenities has made me eager to return and experience their unparalleled hospitality once more.
